John J. Short III

Our beloved husband, father John J. Short III, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the age of 80.  He will be dearly missed.  John grew up in Webster, NY and graduated from RIT.  John worked at Xerox for many years and spent the last 7 years of his career as Vice President at Eastman Kodak.  John enjoyed travel, spending the winter months in Florida, fishing in the Thousand Islands and spending time with family and friends. He leaves his wife, Carole; children, John (Tracy), Raymond (Renee), Lisa (Matthew) Short; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Kathleen Short; nephews.

Friends may call Friday, March 1, 2024 from 10am - 12pm at Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Ave, Webster, where his Service of Memory will follow at 12:00 Noon.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Rotary Foundation, PO Box 236, Webster, NY 14580
